The space
A large 1 bedroom apartment with Art Deco features throughout. The bathroom has been renovated with a large walk in shower space. The lounge area is beautifully fitted out with unique art deco pieces and the entire apartment features amazing art works and offers you a relaxing and comfortable space to stay within easy walking distance to North Hobart and the CBD.
The kitchen is compact and offers the basics for cooking but with the North Hobart restaurant strip being a few minutes away, you will be tempted to eat out often.
Guest access
As our guest you have access to the entire apartment, The Rupert houses 3 x 1 bedroom Airbnb apartments in a large converted art deco building. All have separate entrances and are all individual in style and layout. You have you own entrance area and key box. Each apartment is fully self contained.

Neighborhood overview
The Rupert is a 2 minute walk away from the New Town Hill Street Grocer (IGA which provides a large range of fresh fruit & veg, ,deli, cheeses, freshly baked breads and supermarket items and a bottle shop, Daci and Daci coffee shop / pastry- cake shop it across the road. Friends school has a fully equipped gym and indoor swimming pool open to the public and is a 2 minute walk from the property. Directly opposite is the bus stop which has regular buses straight into the city - super convenient.
Getting around
You are so close to the city that you can easily walk into North Hobart, say 3 to 4 minutes and the Hobart CBD within 10 to 15 minutes
